"We engaged Kit-Markin Construction to build our new home in 2020, We decided to go with them based on what we saw while viewing some of their finished builds. We felt Josh cared about our project which was a contrast to the other companies we had initially spoken to.
They worked closely with the designer in the planning stage, which was essential for us as we wanted the designer and builder to be closely connected so that there would be mammal hold-ups when the build took place.

"In 2019 Cambridge Medical Centre commenced a building project in which the house next door underwent a major renovation in order to expand the practice and add more consult rooms. As a medical facility it was really important that we worked with a building company that understood our need to continue operating throughout the build, maintain patient confidentiality at all times and have minimal disruption to services.
Kit Markin delivered on these requirements throughout the project. Their staff were professional and respectful at all times, they worked hard to keep the site tidy and safe and minimised noise disturbances as much as possible so that patients and staff weren’t negatively impacted. Josh and Stephan communicated clearly throughout the project so we knew what progress was being made, when different contractors should be expected on site and if any changes were required. They were particularly helpful in assisting us in navigating compliance requirements throughout the build so that when it came to the council sign off it was merely a formality.
